Mantel is in preview. Things may change or be reset. Frames aren't on sale yet; tell us you want one and we'll email you when they are.
Quick fixes
- Frame shows “offline”: check the battery switch on the back is ON, and charge it with USB-C.
- Need to change Wi-Fi: hold the button on the back for 5 seconds to restart setup.
- Screen didn't change: give it a minute. Check that Mantel is turned on in your AI chat.
- Remove an AI: disconnect it on your frames page.
- Delete your account: email us from the address on your account.

Found a security problem in Mantel, the frame or this website? Email security@mantel.ink with the details and steps to reproduce it. Please give us a fair chance to fix it before telling others, and don't access anyone else's data while testing. We'll reply and keep you posted.
